The extraordinary Miami Beach EDITION hotel was created by legendary hotel impresario and Studio 54 icon Ian Schrager, with interiors designed by the renowned John Pawson, including 26 residences that give you near total access to this one of a kind address.  

Located in a historic Miami Beach hotel, originally called the Seville, by midcentury architect Melvin Grossman, Schrager brought a tarnished gem of a property back to life by reimagining, expanding, and restoring what was old and adding some wonderful things anew. The hotel is vibrant and exciting, with a multitude of unique features, such as a bowling alley and an ice skating rink, all under the 18-story tower.

The residences at the Miami Beach EDITION range from one-bedroom units to triplexes and penthouses with private pools and outdoor kitchens, taking full advantage of fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach skyline. Pawson is known for designs that prioritize integrity and serenity. His interiors have harmonious proportions as well as exceptionally exquisite materials and finishes. 

The residences were designed to be in a complete, move-in condition, with the idea being to give residents what they need even before they know it themselves, an ideal for resort living. Various custom-designed elements by John Pawson include seating and wall elements in the living  rooms, and Bulthaup kitchens with Miele and Subzero appliances. Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Matador Room is the property’s flagship restaurant, and where, every morsel is an unforgettable delight”.
